WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

At Knockout Virgin Hair, we source our hair to complete your order. All orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Orders take approximately 14-21 business days from the time of order to receive.

**Please note: This does not apply to custom invoice orders, we will notify of the processing and shipping time before placing your order, and your invoice is sent to you.

Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or Federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders, products ship within 7-14 business days from your order date.

COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES: Due to COVID-19, our production time is slower as we must practice social distancing with fewer workers to produce orders. Please expect possible delays with production or shipping. Please note that closures and frontal can take up to 4-6 weeks, ITIPS, wefts and clip in/ tap in hair extension can take up to 2 weeks, for processing unless we send an "in stock email" to our newsletter subscribers.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING

During promotions, shipping times will be extended. Refunds will not be permitted. Once your order is complete, all sales are final.

During holidays and promotions, shipping delays may occur. Thank you in advance for your patience.

At times, order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order          volume. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation  email after 24 hours of completing your purchase.

CAN I RESERVE ITEMS BY ADDING THEM TO MY CART?

Knockoutvirginhair.com products items cannot be reserved by placing them in your cart as product availability is extremely limited.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal.

All orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. All orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Any order that use Pay.

NOTE: If the buyer funded their payment by eCheck via PayPal, the payment will be Pending till the payment clears, which could take up to a week or so because the banks process eChecks just like a real, paper check; once that check clears, PayPal will notify our system, we will complete order upon receiving confirmation notification from PayPal to process that the sale for you.

When placing an order, shipping and billing information must match. If not, please check out using your verified PayPal account. Our system flags all fraudulent transactions and will not allow us to ship if fraud is detected. 

WE TAKE FRAUD SERIOUSLY.

Using a credit card that does not belong to you or claiming an order was falsely placed on your behalf will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. Please note your IP address is logged and verified through our internet security when accessing our website.
