Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES: Applies to ALL orders: Due to COVID-19, our production time is slower as we must practice social distancing with fewer workers to produce orders. Please expect possible delays with production or shipping. Please note that closures and frontal can take up to 4-6 weeks, ITIPS, wefts and clip in/ tap in hair extension can take up to 2 weeks, for processing unless we send an "in stock email" to our newsletter subscribers.

Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. At Knockout Virgin Hair, each bundle will be different as we are a raw hair company. Rest assured, we thoroughly wash and inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made to order and are nonrefundable. All order are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer exchanges as your order is a custom order.
Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.
