 Yes, we are open for business and still processing and shipping orders. Due to COVID-19 all order must be shipped. In store pickup is not available. Knockout Virgin Hair is online only.   

COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES: Applies to ALL orders as of 3/2020:  Due to COVID-19, our production time is slower as we must practice social distancing with fewer workers to produce orders. Please expect possible delays with production or shipping. Please note that closures and frontal can take up to 4-6 weeks. ITIPS, wefts and clip in/ tap in hair extension can take up to 2 weeks, for processing unless we send an "in stock email" to our newsletter subscribers.

Products ship within 7-14 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 14 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for wigs can take up to 25 business days. Blonde hair order can take up to 15 days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

NOTE: Knockout Virgin Hair begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. All items final sale, at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. All customers agree to this policy before completing your order.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders - Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions orders are unable to be expedited at this time. Please do not book your appointment until your hair as arrival.

Knockout Virgin Hair is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Knockout Virgin Hair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Knockout Virgin Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

All orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. All orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Any order that use Pay.

NOTE: If the buyer funded their payment by eCheck via PayPal, the payment will be Pending till the payment clears, which could take up to a week or so because the banks process eChecks just like a real, paper check; once that check clears, PayPal will notify our system, when will complete order upon receiving confirmation notification from PayPal to process that the sale for you.
