Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing the recommended hair care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email  (info@knockoutvirginhair.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for compensation, if it applies.   If Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions verifies and agrees that the product may be dissatisfactory, Kknockout Virgin Hair Extensions will offer a fair resolution.

If Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a replacement  of product. NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS),  CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

Return to Sender Shipments

All products sold on this website ship with signature; Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package back to our facilities at an additional cost to us. Return to sender packages may incur a flat restock fee of $35.  Once your return is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience. 

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders- Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Kknockout Virgin Hair Extensions is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. All shipping costs are non-refundable 

Expenses associated with hair installation- Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions is not responsible for any costs related to hair installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, or any other expenses associated with the installation of our products. Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions is not responsible for expenses associated with damaged hair extensions such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments and wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability
Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Knockout Virgin Hair Extensions is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement,Knockout Virgin Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
