Taping/gluing may take up to one hour only if the extensions are in good condition. 

4. Pre-bonded hair extension

They are fused to natural hair using adhesives such as glue. This process may take up to four hours. The extensions are glued on to your natural hair by use of a machine that looks like a hot glue gun. However, this method can badly damage your natural hair. This should be done by an experienced hairdresser. Some may advise you against using these extensions.

5. Clip-in extensions

Best for medium density hair. They are made in strands of contoured pieces attached at the bottom with either silicone or fabric. You clip them to your natural hair.

They are the easiest temporary hair extensions that will take you less than twenty minutes to get done. They are less damaging because they require less heating, chemical application as compared to other types of extensions. They cause no damage to your natural hair.
